We at UXIndia conference treat every member as a part of our cohesive family, we are dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, disability, gender identity and expression, body size, race, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, physical appearance, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. Sexual language and imagery are not acceptable for any conference event. Conference participants violating this rule may be either sanctioned or expelled from the conference without any refund.
Harassment includes any offensive physical contact and verbal comments related to gender, gender identity, and expression, physical appearance, age, sexual orientation, body size, race, religion, ethnicity, and technology choices. The display of sexual images in public spaces, stalking, harassing photography or recording, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention are included as well.
Exhibitors in the expo hall, sponsor or vendor booths or similar activities are equally subject to the anti-harassment policy. Booth staff (including volunteers) should not use sexualized clothing/uniforms/costumes or otherwise create a sexualized environment.
If a participant is caught harassing, the conference organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, ranging from warning the offender to expulsion from the conference with no refund.
At our event, if you are harassed or notice someone else being harassed, please contact any of the event organizers or volunteers immediately. They will be clearly visible, wearing “Volunteer” T-shirts / or badges.
Conference staff will help participants contact hotel/venue security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the conference. We value your security.

A not-for profit venture, UXINDIA is built by, built for, and sustained by its growing community of designers, enthusiasts, influencers from business, education, and governance. UXINDIA is being organized by UMO Design Foundation.
For cancellations received before September 30th, registration fee will be refunded at 50%.
Cancellations received on or after September 30th, will not be eligible for refund.
Transfers: Registrations are transferable, we require notice of such in writing, a minimum of 5 days prior to the event.
Workshops, Talks & Programs are subject to change. UXINDIA’s workshops are subject to max capacity. This enables us to offer the best experience to our attendees and more importantly to the workshop organizers too.
