    How To

    Get To The Venue

    From the RGIA AIRPORT (35 km)

    Take a 30 – 55 minute journey by Uber for 1000-1200 INR.

    OR

    Take the Pushpak Airport Shuttle from RGIA to Shilparamam for INR 200-250. From Shilparamam, take a cab or auto rickshaw to the venue.

    From the HITECH CITY METRO STATION (1.7 km)

    Ride for 7 minutes to reach Hotel Trident from the Hitech City Metro Station.

    From the Secunderabad Railway Station (20 km)

    Take the Blue Line of the Hyderabad Metro from the Secunderabad East Metro Station to Hitech City, and ride a cab to Trident from the Hitech City Metro Station. OR Take the TSRTC bus # 10H to the Hitech Shilparamam and ride a cab to reach the venue.

    Trident Hyderabad is our hospitality partner. You can book a Deluxe room at Trident (at the venue) for INR 17,800 for two nights (Double occupancy). You can book your stay while buying your conference pass for the conference.

    Yes, you can register at the venue. We have limited walk-in passes which we will give out on a first-come-first-serve basis.

    Yes. Trident is a 7-minute walk from the Shilparamam Bus Stop & the Madhapur Bus Stop. Alternatively, you can take the Hyderabad Metro Blue Line to the Hitech City Metro Station or the Durgam Cheruvu Metro Station.

    The conference has no dress code, but we request that you be dressed smart and presentable since this is a professional gathering.

    This conference is suited for both students and professionals and aims to bridge the gap between academia and industry.

    No. Booking a hotel room at Trident is optional. You can skip the accommodation section while buying conference passes.

    Yes, you receive a 10% discount if you’ve attended a previous UXINDIA Conference. Please send an email to uxindia@umo.design or team@umo.design to let us know which year you attended.

    Cancellations made before September 30th will receive 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations made after September 30th will not be eligible for refunds. There will be no refund if you do not attend the event.

    Transfers: Registrations are transferable. We require notice of such in writing a minimum of 10 days before the event.

    Yes, there is adequate complementary and valet parking at Trident.

    It depends on the workshop you select. Make sure you have mobile data to connect to a hotspot. Carrying your registration pass with you is mandatory.

    Yes, this conference is an international one, hosting people from all over India and the world. We invite to join us in-person for two days after two years of virtual immersion.

    Your stay is not included in any of the categories. For a hotel room at Trident, you will pay INR 17,800+18% GST for two nights (Double occupancy)while registering. You can skip that page if you don’t want to book your stay.

    The regular pass is a full-access pass for both days of UXI22. Conference-only passes are valid only for Nov 5th.

    Workshop registrations will happen on a first-come-first-served basis on Nov 4th. Ensure to arrive on time to select a workshop of your choice.

    Yes. You will be given a certificate of participation signed by the workshop leader and watermarked by UMO for the workshops you have participated in.
