Hi! I am Neha Jattu, a multidisciplinary creative passionate about people, design, and all the intersections in between. While the engineer in me tries to discover rationale in design, the designer in me is obliged to comprehend human conduct and needs.
In my 13+ years of designing journey, I have been involved in creating engaging products & experiences for a wide variety of industries from finance, education, healthcare, fashion to technical and complex engineering products.
It’s no wonder that employee experience has become a hot topic in businesses these days. In today’s fast-paced world, all businesses prioritize achieving true work-from-anywhere capabilities that support performance, culture, and connectivity. A good employee experience is not by chance; it must be carefully designed.
When it comes to improving employee experience, many companies, in my experience, are more concerned with speed, efficiency, and digitization. As you are aware, it has become more important in the post-Covid era to focus on assisting employees in working in the new normal, keeping them motivated, and bonding with other team members. Join me to learn how to focus on things like empathy, making it unique and simple, and tailored to the people for whom it is intended.
